The services we offer

We offer a variety of different services in the Hampshire area, providing help to a wide range of people within the local community:

 

Mental health

We run the East Hants Mental Health Floating Support service which help people with mental health needs in their own home. For more information click here.

 

Learning disabilities

In Touch runs two specialist schemes which offer support and accommodation to adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues in Kent.

These services support adults who have learning disabilities and mental health issues and encourage people to maintain their ability to live as independently as possible. For more information on this service click here.

 

Young people

We run two housing schemes for young people in Hampshire: The Old Bakery in New Milton and Blease Court in Lymington. Alongside these services we also run a resettlement support service for young people. For more information click here.

 

General floating support services

There are several floating support services in the Hampshire area, which are aimed at a diverse range of people. There are wide ranging floating support services in East Hants, Rushmoor & Hart and the New Forest. For more information about these services click here.

 

Home improvement agencies (HIAs)

We a home improvement agency and handyperson service covering the Hampshire area. The service supports older or disabled people who need a repair or adaptation to their home. Our aim is to help our clients maintain their independence, safety and dignity. The service can help you with things like:

  • organising repairs and adaptations to your home and assist to apply for funding from charitable organisations
  • making sure you are receiving the right benefits
  • some HIAs operate a handyperson service to do small jobs around the home
  • finding organisations that can help with other problems.

There are different ways to apply for each service we offer. For some services you need to make applications and referrals through your local authority while for others you can apply directly.
