The services we offer
We offer a variety of different services in Brighton and East Sussex, providing help to a wide range of people within the local community:
Young people
In Brighton we have a specialist young parents service, offering a safe place to live and regular support.
Older people and Sheltered Housing
We run several sheltered housing schemes for older people in the area, providing scheme based support for older people. We also have Marlborough House in St. Leonards on Sea which is an Extra Care scheme where people can access on site personal care from specialised staff.
We also run the STEPS to independence service which offers a short term, housing support service to people aged 65 and over who live in the East Sussex area.

Mental health
In Bexhill-on-Sea, we manage a specialist scheme for adults with ongoing mental health needs called Pathways. They also support several clients in the community through providing floating support.
Home improvement agencies (HIAs)
We have a home improvement agency covering Hastings and Rother area of East Sussex. The service supports older or disabled people who need a repair or adaptation to their home. The scheme is very comprehensive and can provide advice and practical help to keep you warm, healthy and safe. There is also a small job service and you can get advice on your benefit entitlement.
