Repairs and maintenance

You are likely to be responsible for small jobs such as blockages to sinks or toilets, and repairing damage that you cause – you’ll find a detailed list in your tenancy agreement. For help with other repairs or maintenance call one of the numbers below. When you call please be ready to give us as much information as possible and mention if you have any particular needs, for example if you are elderly or have a disability.

All our offices are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Our out of hours service runs from 5.00pm to 9.00am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Gas Repairs

If you have a problem with any gas heating or hot water system you can phone the appropriate gas contractor for your property directly and they can arrange to come and deal with the problem. If you are unsure about who your local gas contractor is please contact the normal Maintenance Team using one of the telephone numbers above.

Housing management

There is also a team of housing officers to help with any questions you may have about your tenancy. Common questions relate to:

    • Falling into arrears
    • Rent and service charges
    • Moving into or out of your home
    • Court action or the terms of your tenancy
    • Disputes between neighbours
